About Me

About Me

I am half English and half Chinese, born and raised in Hong Kong, where I was exposed to a beautiful fusion of the East and West. I identify as a mixed, third-culture kid, nested within an international community of Hong Kongers.

I fell in love with Los Angeles during my undergraduate years and I am now enamored with New York City, where I obtained my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.

Relationships are central to growth and development across the lifespan; my job as a therapist is to create a relational context in which you can safely explore, experiment with, and actualize your potential.

I go to therapy myself and prioritize self-care, delighting in all sorts of creative outlets and spiritual practices. When I am not working, I am often scribbling in my journal, creating art, listening to podcasts, and snuggling with my guinea pigs.
